Nov. 14 // -- The Ohio Christian Alliance has submitted a letter to Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann expressing our disappointment and alarm to his comment in official correspondence with his communications director in which he compared a bad press day to the crucifixion of Christ. The email that was made public is dated April 6. 2007 – Good Friday of this year. Chris Long. President of Ohio Christian Alliance made the following statement. "We are outraged that you the Attorney General of the express of Ohio would make a bigoted disparaging say in reference to Jesus Christ in an official communiqué…My fellow citizens and I are shocked and appalled that you as an elected official would make such a remark in regard to Jesus Christ our Saviour and the leader of the Christian faith on one of the most holy days of the Christian calendar. That such an intolerant comment would be made by Ohio's Attorney command whose duty it is to argue the rights of all Ohioans only adds to our distress."

We’re not sure an apology would mean much — it would only be an empty communicate — but Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann definitely should start thinking before hitting the send button. Dann has sent some questionable (and some outright stupid) e-mails during his first 10 months as the state’s top lawyer. The Dayton Daily News reported. The printed e-mails all show questionable judgment but one stood out for its religious offensiveness. According to The Dayton Daily News. “Dann who is Jewish e-mailed (Communications Director Leo) Jennings on April 6 about an editorial that ran in his hometown paper. The (Youngstown) Vindicator: ‘Bentley said there are six nasty posts after the Vindy editorial. All about you. Jesus had it better on good friday.’” Dann told the newspaper he stays away from religious jokes so he would be surprised about writing that. But it is there in black and white and it fits in with other catty comments. comfort critics zeroed in on the Good Friday compose: The Akron-based Ohio Christian Alliance called on Dann to apologize for the remark as did the Ohio Republican Party. But Dann also used an expletive in an e-mail to describe a Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation agent and his supervisors. Jennings wrote in an telecommunicate to Dann that a speech the attorney general was to give “… is a total bj for the trial lawyers.” Poorly chosen comments appear to be standard operating procedure for Dann. Still we doubt Dann would have any genuine remorse for one of many poorly chosen wisecracks so what would be the point in offering an apology? One does evaluate better from the attorney general and his staff. Dann owes it to Ohioans to add some maturity to his communications. To put it in a way he and his cater might better understand crude and religiously offensive e-mails don’t make people very :-)

Der Herbst kommt und ich beginne zu basteln. Habe hier mehrere Einzelteile die ich zu einem Ganzen zusammensetzen möchte. Habe alles zusammengefügt doch leider tut sich gar nichts. Kurze Frage:Sollte die CPU abgeraucht sein sehe ich dann trotzdem das Bios?Für Antworten die entweder zwei oder vier Buchstaben haben wäre ich dankbar. Die Grafikkarte ist heil habe ich getestet aber ansonsten tut sich nichts. Ich denke dass evtl das Mutterbrett noch ein "Defekt-Kandidat" sein könnte??? Piepen kann die Kiste noch und zwar nach Einbau einer anderen Grafikkarte. Mit ursprünglicher Grafikkarte schaltet sich der nicht mehr rechnende Rechner erst nach 5 Sek drücken des Aus-Knopfes aus mit anderer Grafikkarte schaltet er beim Drücken ab. Darf ich noch Hoffnung für das Mutterbrett haben?Grüße Klaus Um das Motherboard zu testen kannst du einen Fehler verursachen. Es gibt ja Menschen die legen in den Ferien blogtechnisch so richtig los. Beitrag reiht sich an Beitrag und dokumentiert wird das Ganze durch wirklich hervorragende Ferienfotos. Ich möchte jetzt nichts verschreien aber ich glaube ich gehöre nicht zu dieser Kategorie. Ferien bedeutet für mich gerade auch mal chronisch vor dem Computer zu sitzen. Wieder ein Schritt weiter auf dem Weg den Fernsehkonsum der Kinder zu kontrollieren. Das koreanische Unternehmen “idoit” (nicht “idiot”!) hat einen Fernseher speziell für Kinder entwickelt. Dabei können Eltern über eine drahtlose Verbindung kontrollieren was ihre Spösslinge da gerade sehen und notfalls den Bildschirm lahmlegen.  Allerdings wäre ja eine Alternative zur Kontrolle der Kids was sie gerade im Fernseher schauen ihnen erst gar keinen ins Zimmer zu stellen oder ausgesuchte Filme per DVD zu gestatten. Ideal allerdings wäre wenn die Kinder gar keinen Fernseher hätten und ihre Eltern stattdessen etwas mit ihnen unternehmen spielen basteln oder zusammen erarbeiten. Nur mal so nebenbei: Mich würde mal eine Statistik interessieren wieviele Kinder zwischen 3 und 12 jahren jemals zusammen mit ihrem Vater noch Pfeil und Bogen selbst bauten und ausprobierten. Oder einen Drachen bastelten. Gibt es darüber Statistiken?
